Because we intentionally protect our small group environment to provide a deeply personalized education, enrollment for our Pre-K 4 program is strictly limited to six students per class. We invite families who share our vision for spiritual depth and academic growth to walk through our admissions process.

👣Our 4-Step Admissions Process

We want to ensure that Rooted In Christ Academy is the perfect fit for your child and your family. Our application process is designed to be relational, intentional, and clear:

Step 1️⃣: The Inquiry — Fill out our brief online Inquiry Form to share a bit about your family and your student.

Step 2️⃣: The Family Interview — Once your inquiry is received, we will schedule a time for a family interview. This is a beautiful opportunity for us to connect, discuss our educational philosophy, and ensure our partnership model aligns with your family’s spiritual and academic goals.

Step 3️⃣: Student Assessment & Classroom Visit — We will invite your child into the classroom for a gentle developmental readiness assessment. This helps us understand their unique learning style and ensures they are fully prepared to flourish in our program.

Step 4️⃣: Enrollment & Welcome — Upon acceptance, you will receive an official invitation to join the academy. To secure your child’s seat, you will complete the enrollment packet and submit the registration fee. Welcome to the family!

💰Tuition Rate, Schedule & Fees

At Rooted In Christ Academy, our financial model is structured to be simple, predictable, and transparent. Our academic year runs from August through May, focusing on 40 weeks of active instruction.

💵Tuition & Fees

  • Weekly Tuition: $160.00 per student.

  • Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 is required upon official acceptance to officially secure your child's seat in our program.

  • Payment Due: Tuition is due every Monday morning for the current week of instruction.

  • Late Fee Policy: A late fee of $25.00 will be automatically applied to your account if tuition is not received by Monday evening at 6:00 PM. Prompt payment ensures we can seamlessly maintain our daily classroom operations.

  • Non-Prorated Weeks: Tuition remains $160.00 during weeks that contain a single-day holiday closure (such as Labor Day or Martin Luther King Jr. Day).💡 Value Note: Your weekly tuition rate fully includes all extended morning care (6:30 AM – 8:00 AM) and afternoon care (3:00 PM – 5:30 PM). We do not charge extra fees for early drop-off or late pick-up, giving your family complete peace of mind.

🚫Scheduled School Closures (No Charge)

We believe in the immense value of family time during major holidays. Rooted In Christ Academy will be closed for four (4) specific weeks during the academic year, and families will not be charged tuition during these periods:

  • Thanksgiving Break: (1 Week) — No Tuition Charged

  • Christmas/Winter Break: (2 Weeks) — No Tuition Charged

  • Spring Break: (1 Week) — No Tuition Charged

🤒Personal Vacations, Illness & Absences

  • Student Absences: Because our fixed operational costs (including educational materials, space provisions, and teacher salaries) remain constant, weekly tuition is required for all weeks the academy is actively open, regardless of a child’s attendance due to illness or personal family travel.

  • Securing Your Seat: Continuing your standard weekly tuition payments during personal absences ensures that your child’s placement in our exclusive, inaugural Founding Seeds class remains fully secure.

💳 Secure & Convenient Billing:

Once your child is accepted, registration fees and weekly tuition are handled securely via electronic invoicing. You will receive a private link to easily manage your payments online.
